The Pipeline (inferred) column uses the source filename when it
clearly indicates the real list (e.g. unconnected-fibre-availability-…),
even if lead_type in the database is wrong (common when files were
uploaded without choosing the leads folder). Tabs by stored type still
filter on lead_type; use Unconnected reports (filename)
to list those rows regardless. Trial engagement / ML / KMZ PRD fields are not stored
here yet.
