Temporary UI for local/staging. The Celery worker must be running. Use
Choose folder… and select your leads directory so
lead_type is inferred (same rules as
scripts/upload_leads.ps1). Plain multi-file picks without a folder
are all tagged trial — use Force same type for all files
if needed. Large files can take 30+ minutes; status polling waits up to several
hours when enabled. While uploading, the list shows upload %
or MB sent so the page does not look frozen.

Plain multi-file selection (no folder) uses trial in auto mode.
